FOREVER AFTER - RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

Feeling relaxed leading up to your wedding is one of the most important factors that you and your partner should consider. So we've put together 69 ways to relax and unwind. And guys nowhere in here does it say drink a full bottle before your wedding. Your wedding is a special day and for things to run smoothly, these simple rules will help you achieve those results.

"Make Your Day Forever After"

1. TAKE 5 - LITERALLY
All it takes is regular 5 minute breaks. Just a slow walk and concentrate on your breathing, making sure you enjoy the moments alone. Remember it's your 5 minutes alone, enjoy them. Try not to fidget or get distracted.
2. POLITENESS IS THE KEY
Sounds a little strange. Well, it's not that strange! It brings a smile to everyone's face when you ask for something. We are not going to go into a psychology lesson here, but being humble and polite does make a difference.
3. TAKE LONGER THAN 5
Take some time out for yourself. This is not your regular 5 minute time out. This is all about YOU! Have a bath, go to a day spa, hot sauna or anything that makes you feel good.
4. ARRIVE EARLY
When you have a meeting or appointment, arrive early, gather your thoughts and just get relaxed. It also gives you an opportunity to enjoy that 5 minutes alone.
5. BE SPONTANEOUS
Being spontaneous can be one of the most relaxing events. When you get an urge, enjoy it. This does not involve driving to the corner store for chocolate. This does not help your wedding day! Instead try rock climbing, bunjee jumping. Get a thrill!
6. THE DIRTY WORD - FINANCES
Taking control of your finances is indeed a way to relax. Knowing for certain what your financial situation is and attending to the nagging paper work can indeed help you relax. Making sure you have your income and expenses worked out can really put a better perspective on things.
7. NO MORE UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Take control of unfinished business! This can ease your mind in no time. Don't leave open wounds if you've had a fight with friends or family. You need them both to make your day a memorable one. Mend all the damage and clear your mind.
8. TRY NEW THINGS
Life is a little repetitious these days and for most of us that work 9-5 or 9-9 sometimes makes life a little monotonous. Try Latino (even if you can't dance), camping, surfing, Bungee jumping, scuba diving, parachute jumping. Again anything that will give your heart the thrills.
9. START A JOURNAL
This is not a secret primary school diary. This is something that helps you collect your thoughts and give you a perspective on your life and future. It also can remind you of the good times you had.
10. COMMUNICATING YOUR FEELINGS
Don't be afraid to share your feelings with loved ones. Whoever said a problem shared is a problem halved is a genius. There are so many benefits to communicating your feelings. You allow people to get to know you better and resolve some insecurities you may have about yourself.
